It's officially 2022 and wedding season will be here before you know it! Top Color for 2022- Shades of Blue

One of the top colors to keep an eye out for this upcoming season is blue. Light blue shades like Kennedy Blue or richer toned cerulean will certainly be a very popular color choice for weddings, especially in the spring and summer months. Go all in by having your bridal party wear full blue, or add in smaller elements like blue wedding invitations or napkins at your wedding reception. You can even mix and match the color shades for a unique look, or keep it monochromatic if you're looking for a more minimalist style.

Statement pieces such as large decorative hair pins and flower crowns are in for the 2022 season. Don't be too surprised if you see halo crowns or decorative headpieces as well. Many brides are choosing to add floral flair and jewelry to their wedding day hairstyles, choosing to leave veils and basic styles behind, having their headwear be the focal point of their bridal outfit. Forget your standard floral bouquets- boho inspired bouquets are going to be very big this upcoming wedding season. Pampas grass, bunny tail cotton, palm leaves, and a variety of other plants and flowers create a unique but stunning composition. Dyed or colored pampas grass make for a pretty aesthetic and it looks beautiful mixed in with any type of flower. For a different look, neutral toned versions can turn heads and will have everyone asking about it. The beauty of this boho floral genre is that you can pick and choose from an assortment of plants and flowers to create a bouquet that is completely aligned with your own style.

Over the last few years, couples have been opting to elope rather than have a large ceremony, and this will continue to be a big trend for the 2022 wedding season. Instead of having a quiet ceremony at a courthouse or at a family member's homes, many people are taking vacations to exotic locations and turning them into their elopement ceremonies.
