Stephen & Miranda's Fairytale Indian Wells Wedding
Indian Wells, California is a city in the Coachella Valley roughly 20 miles from its famous neighbor Palm Springs. It also happens to be the location for our featured couple's wedding. Beautiful desert and mountain views combine in this oasis to create a scenic and dreamy place to tie the knot. The bride and groom exchanged their vows at The Hyatt Regency , a desert resort and spa nestled in the desert outskirts. Professional photographer Allison Carol was on hand to make sure the day was captured perfectly, and she did not disappoint. It was a day bursting with happiness, romance, and some of the most incredible details we've ever seen. You'll fall in love with how romantic and pretty it was, and it will give you major wedding inspiration. Miranda & Stephen started their day by sharing a first look. The smile on her face is happy and nervous as she taps her future husband on the shoulder, who we can only imagine was feeling butterflies. When he turned around and saw her for the first time, he had such a happy smile beaming from his face. Who can blame him? His bride looked like a princess, absolutely stunning in her wedding gown. The couple spent a little time together taking it all in, holding hands and expressing heartfelt sentiments. They make such a beautiful couple, and we feel very lucky to be looking in on their special moments. Sneaking in a few kisses along the way, we can see how in love these two are. First looks continue to be some of our favorites, and photographs like these will never cease to change that.
Can you imagine a more serene setting to say your "I do's"? The California desert, palm trees, sunshine, mountain views? It looks like heaven. The couple's wedding alter was overflowing with florals in different shades of white pink, terracotta, and gold, with large pampas grass pieces and even dried leaves pressed in. Stephen stood at the top, anxiously awaiting Miranda's arrival to meet him. When the ceremony began, the couple grabbed hands, never releasing them, making sure to stay connected the whole way through. Family and friends gazed on as they exchanged their promises of love and commitment to one another. After the reciprocation of sharing their wedding ring, the couple was pronounced husband and wife. The newlyweds celebrated with an ardent kiss, with guests cheering them on from their seats. It signified the start of their new journey together, and we couldn't be more excited for them. One of our favorite photos is the last one where they are flashing their rings and sharing a kiss. It shows the excitement and happiness these two had, and there's just something so remarkable about it all that we can't get enough of.
After their ceremony, the bride and groom had a quiet moment to themselves to exchange private vows that they'd wrote for one another. It was a chance for them to sneak away and be alone, even if just for a moment. They then went on to pose for couple's photographs, which turned out incredible. The bride's strapless sweetheart lace gown is stunning on her, with its delicate corset and long flowing train. She completed the look with a sheer veil, and elegant hair and makeup. Our favorite accessory of hers is the soft colored boho floral bouquet, which looked effortlessly magical. Her groom wore a black suit and light grey tie which were the perfect combination, and he even added a terracotta boutonniere to his chest to match is bride. Both of them look wonderful. Their couples photos are so romantic and swoon worthy, and they exemplify what true love looks like.
If there is a more beautiful wedding reception setting, we've yet to see it. Not only is the view out of this world, but their table setups are absolutely exquisite. Circular tables that featured all white settings, and rose gold copper globe candle holders lined up in rows with the mountains and palm trees printed into the background, and it doesn't get more beautiful than that. The couple also had their head table adorned with colorful bohemian floral arrangements in soft neutral shades that matched their alter, with pampas grass pieces intermixed as well. There were twinkle lights strung along, which created a magical starry like view at night. We're sure that it was the perfect place to have a desert reception, where guests could spend the night enjoying themselves and spend time with the bride and groom. This was truly one of the best reception setups we've been witness to, and it will continue to inspire us.
Don't these two look lovely as the sit at their boho head reception table? The couple spent their evening with loved ones who were more than elated to celebrate the newlyweds on their marriage. Although we weren't there, we know it was something out of a fairytale. Watching two people in love on their special day is something we are always grateful for, and we hope it was every bit as perfect for these two. The details card also features a paint splash in cactus green! You can completely edit these pieces to fit your wedding needs, including adding photos, and changing background colors. Stephen & Miranda extended the matching stationery all the way to their marriage certificate! Featuring the same watercolor cacti design as the other pieces, the desert and boho feel was perfect for their Indian Wells ceremony. After all, there's something so beautiful about a decorative marriage certificate. This print is sized at 8x10" (pictured below), or 16x20" and have all of the necessary marriage certificate wording and name places as a standard one. They can be printed at home for your convenience, and look great in a white, black, or sage green picture frame.
ELEANOR Wedding Program
As guests arrived for the ceremony, they were presented with these individual wedding programs. Programs are offered in sizes of 4x9" (pictured below) or 5.5x8.5" and have the same fonts and designs as the rest of the collection. The elegant script font used for their names looks gorgeous in this green font, and it adds that little something extra. They can always be printed at home for your convince, or a professional if you'd rather outsource.
ELEANOR Wedding Welcome Sign
As guests were welcomed into their special day, they were met with this beautiful sign printed in landscape mode. Gorgeous cacti and serif fonts make this sign truly something to behold, and the couple even edited the font color to a pretty sage green tone. This sign is offered in sizes of 18x24" (pictured below) or 24x36", you can print the size best for you. We love how they surrounded the sign with florals and how it's propped up against the entryway. At their reception, Stephen & Miranda chose this sign from our INDIE Collection and edited it to match their other wedding day stationery colors. For guests to find their seats, Stephen & Miranda went with matching escort cards. The watercolor cacti on these is absolutely adorable! ELEANOR Thank You Favor Tags
As a parting gift, the newlyweds gave their guests Palm Springs desert inspired luggage tags in various pastel colors. They also included printed favor tags with a personal thank you message for their wedding guests, showing their appreciation for them being a part of their special day. These tags are sized at 3.5x2", making them a great size for a short and sweet thank you message. The couple added beige ribbon to keep it desert themed and easily tie them to the tags. It was a cute way to make their parting gifts a little more stylish.
What an absolutely stunning wedding these two had! It looked like a true fairytale and we feel so lucky to have even been just a small part of it.
