These fun Halloween Wedding Ideas give new meaning to "Till Death do us Part". Keep reading to see some fun ideas to have your Halloween wedding both scary and completely unforgettable.

Dark Wedding Attire & Accessories

Who says wedding dresses need to be white? Dark dresses and colors add to the theme and can look striking in photos. Adding colors like red or black onto a white dress adds a little bit of or if you're feeling bold, go for an all black gown. Keep the theme with the groom wearing a dark suit that compliments your dress color. This can extend this into your wedding party as well with groomsmen and bridesmaids wearing darker shades to match the Halloween theme. You can add dark makeup and nails to further dramatize your appearance that looks both stylish and unique.

You can also add in little black accessories like this leather jacket if you only want a tiny bit of this theme. We are obsessed with this "Till death do us part" leather jacket. It's the perfect amount of edge for those who don't want things too dark.

Another cute way to add just a little touch, is with your shoes. Colorful shoes in shades of red, black, deep purple or even grey will look great when paired with whichever dress you go with. If you're feeling especially bold, match the color of your shoes to your makeup for a dark but glamorous vibe.

Unique Decor

The easiest way to make your special day creepy and fun is with decorations. There are obvious choices like skulls or pumpkins, but something unique like a black wedding arch really adds something extra. The one below uses black yard to make it look like a spider web, and there's nothing creepier than that! Make it extra spooky by adding decorations or dark florals.

Wedding By Candlelight

For an evening reception, keep electricity to a minimum and instead light your wedding with candles. It's romantic and creates an intimate atmosphere. It feels and looks very old fashioned, and it will definitely keep the Halloween theme alive. Go for candles in darker shades or colors similar to fall leaves for the perfect effect.

Table Linens

An easy way to add Halloween into your wedding is with black table linens (any other dark color will also work well). Dark colors will stand out against any backdrop, and are very different from typical table settings. Decorate all black linens with skulls and all black candles will make your reception tables "spook-tacular".

Halloween Wedding Stationery

Everything from Wedding invites to welcome signs can have a halloween theme added. Skulls, bones, and creepy lettering will make your stationery the perfect addition. For an elegant but spooky vibe, stick with black and white. These skull and floral designs look both creepy and minimalist- perfect for any Halloween or fall wedding.

Want to really have your wedding invitations stand out? Why not add a wax sealed stamp to the back? When your guests receive their invitations in the mail, they will love the little extra detail and it won't soon be forgotten. Designs like skulls and moons will look great on any envelope.

Gothic Style Wedding Cake

Deliciously spooky, a gothic dark colored cake will definitely stand out. You can place dark flowers or designs on the cake as well to really amplify the cakes appearance. One of the coolest ways to use this theme in your wedding, it will definitely be a guest favorite, and it will have them saying "trick or treat"!

For a little something extra, add a cake topper. Skulls, creepy lettering, anything Halloween will look great on top of your wedding cake. The little skeleton bride and groom on this one below is our absolute favorite!

Dark Florals

Dark florals can add some edge and will look so unique compared to traditional bouquets. Use dark flowers on your wedding reception centerpieces and all throughout your venue for a hauntingly beautiful setting. Go all out with only dark flowers, or use them sparingly in floral arrangements with lighter shades.
